This item is not what I wanted. I did not know that these cases came without covers. They are useless to me. There should have been a better picture of what I ordered.

Did not realise it was only tray not whole jewel case so wasted my money and had to throw them out as they were useless

You misrepresent the product using misleading language regarding the packaging; buyers to think they are getting complete CD jewel cases not packaged in cartons. The reality is that you send only the bottom half the CD jewel case which defeats the purpose of the jewel case cover. You offer no way to contact your customer service staff to clarify. I only received the complete CD Jewel cases from your store when ordered thru Amazon. I was ripped off!
