Probably 3 sleeves of 50 from my last shipment were either defective or damaged in shipping. I can tell when there is a defect because Ill find dozens with the exact same flaw, usually around the hinge. The quality of these cases is declining from my first orders.

I bought these as a way to store my clear stamps and the work perfectly. There is even room to put self sticking magnet on one side to put metal cutting dies with matching clear stamps. Is a CD jewel "case" really a "case" if it lacks the top or bottom protective closure? Will never trust the ad language of this company again. I am stuck with 200 partial jewel cases. The terms "tray" and "carton" deceive buyers to think these half cases are full cases bound in bulk.

I was disappointed when the product was out of stock. The seller informed me at each stage and gave me the option of cancelling the order. Im very glad that I didnt. The jewel cases are exactly at stated. I have begun replacing several damaged cases. I certainly will deal with this seller again. I am very satisfied.

Now they want to charfer me to send them back and a 15% restocking fee...Very very disappointed about the customer service I received before and after the purchase... especially when I aske specific questions regarding my needs

I liked the fact that I could buy just the cases without the trays. A lot of my jewel cases break in the front and not the back or tray so it would be good if I could just order fronts too.

We thought that these were the correct cases we were looking for, but sadly they were not. Were extremely disappointed that we are now being penalized for having to return this item not only by having to pay the 15% restocking fee, but also being forced to pay for the "FREE" shipping that we were offered when we placed the order, as well as covering the shipping the order back. Weve learned our lesson and will NEVER order through this site again! We tried contacting the company, but we couldnt get in touch with anyone to resolve our questions.

Your high protective packaging for shipment is a standard the entire industry should adopt. But the previous order contained around 35 broken jewel cases. Most of the black tray were not. Having replaced many black single trays with doubles, I have gathered my blank singe trays to be used with my most recent order as a matter of thrift.

I decided to re-do my craft room and really needed to find a better way to store my rubber stamps on wooden blocks. I decided to remove the stamp from the block and make a cover and stamp the design on the front and label the side so I can see whats inside from the front and side. Its working great.

The product was very well packed--two cardboard boxes separated by bubble wrap. I use these CD cases to store my growing acrylic stamp collection, and I think these are a great value. This jewel case weighed .3 oz less than the better quality cases CheckoutStore sent me in the past.
They are flimsy and jewel treys will not lock securely or tightly inside. Their response to my inquiry for exchange / service: "We import from varies manufacturers and sometimes the quality may slightly different." This "slightly" of hand and lack of response to my needs led to me taking my business
