Eliminates the bulky DVD covers, saves a lot of space, my second purchase from this site of the clam shell cases and Im very happy with them no complaints.

These cases are a bit thinner, more brittle than others costing more money, so its a trade off. The design of the "Keeper" that holds the CD in place is a bit more complex than what I was usually use, over-designed a little bit, and more prone to breakage. Still, for the money a very good deal, and a more than adequate case.

I like the design because it is very compact. Very good protection for the amount of plastic in the product hence good for the environment. AlGore might smile.

The case material seems to be a virtually unbreakable plastic. Many cases are not sturdy and seem to be warped such that the edges of the cover do not meet when closed. This case closes nicely around the CD/DVD.

We mail out lots of CDs and DVDs - with this product we can avoid purchasing padded envelopes. The clamshell sleeves dont break like jewel cases.

I use these to give discs to people to carry away in, mail them in, carry in planes, trains & automobiles .... boats too! They are great, soft too so they dont scratch the surface of the disc. I highly recommend keeping a stash of empties around ready for what comes up.

I like the clam shell cases better than the stiffer jewel cases because they stay closed. I was always losing and scratching CDs and DVDs because they kept falling out of the jewel cases. Great price also.

I bought these to ship CDs in the mail to keep them from getting destroyed. They are excellent protection for this, and also if you do not like to use the jewel cases (though I use those too), you can use these instead. They are a lot thinner than the jewel cases, and do not crack easily either. When mailing, I also use a very tiny bit of clear tape on the opening end, once putting a CD inside

They were a little thinner than expected but for the price it was a good value. They will work for what Im using them for. I make copies of football games that I have filmed for players. They work good for that.
