Of the 10 6-disc cases I ordered, 4 were broken beyond useability. Some 2-disc & 12-disc cases were also broken...all due to careless packing (not damaged in delivery; rather just too many cases jammed into too small a box). The damage was immediately apparent as soon as I opened the box. They were likely broken before the box was even sealed. I requested replacement discs as Id ordered what I needed. I was refused, instead offered refund. So now Im still short of the number of discs I need & will have to order elsewhere because of this ridiculous policy (the discs were manually packed, after all, so they could have easily been replaced if Checkout wanted to keep me as a customer). Id ordered from Checkout several times before. This refusal to satisfy my request will make me an ex-customer. Indefensible company policy.

I think when people order bulk orders they should be charged all the same price for all the items not a difference. The product was not what your picture shows. I will look else where to find a better price for bulk items instead of paying 2 different prices.

I was fairly satisfied with the product except the front wasnt shown in the pictures. The front is not solid like I assumed it was. If you dont put some type of cover under the clear plastic you can see the DVDs.
