Several cases would crack when opening them, almost brittle-like...discovered this AFTER I filed a claim for damaged goods...now I have more damaged cases than originally claimed. The company was VERY quick about responding to my claim for damaged goods and gave me credit. Since I did not file another claim on the other cases that would crack when opening them, I am not complaining too much. 2 star rating for quality (expected cheap cases but not poorly made). Since they dont get heavy usage (opening and closing) they are perfect for what I need. They are not for retail distribution so the cost is one of my concerns and these are very reasonably priced. My only criticism is the edges will occasionally misalign while closing them, but its easy to correct.
