these are some really great cases, but for the past several months the packaging has been TERRIBLE.. showing 400 cases into one giant box for UPS might save you on shipping, but it leaves me with about 40 or more broken cases.
Ive asked time and time again that they do not ship multiple case orders in giant boxes that are way to heavy to handle and they refuse to stop.
FYI.. Im saving all the broken ones I get with each order and will be sending them back once I reach 100 for replacement.
Free shipping should not = Poor Packaging!!

These are the best low cost machine grade cases out there, but due to extremely poor packaging over the past 8+ months about 5-10% arrive broken every order. (I order 400 about 2-3 times a month)
They need to stop packaging them 4 cases to a box (400 pieces) and go back to how they were packaging them before.
If you ordering low quantities ( a case at a time) these however should work out GREAT

Shipment arrived pretty quick and in good condition. Seems no cases are cracked. They are very good quality with nice clear plastic overlay. Im burning DVDs with photos and music for gifts and wanted something nice to put the DVD in. Printing out my own DVD covers to really personalize the gift.

This is a great product. I use these dvd cases for my production of documentaries and packaging. I most say, these dvd cases are just right for me and my business. Very good texture, size, and strong. This is my third case thus far, and I will continue to purchase and use them. Great prices I like as well.
