I made an error and wanted CD jewel cases. I received DVD cases and I tried to return them or exchange for CD cases. I was going to be charged $56.00 by UPS for the return of a $40.00 item. The company policy does provide return shipping labels. Im not happy and I will not make the mistake by ordering from this company again.

These were perfect for recovering the DVDs that survived our puppys chewing phase. The DVD and some of the cover art was salvagable but the plastic cases were evidently too yummy!

I have ordered from this company many times. I still receive too many broken cases. When you order enough cases to get free shipping & then add another type of case, you will get charged for the shipping the additional other cases. Totally ridiculous.

Im not saying that I had a bad experience with this store. I received my purchase in a timely manner in great shape. I just want the consumer to know to read the small print. I had to return item because it had a hub in the case that couldnt be removed. I paid for the return but I also had to pay a restock fee of 15%. So basically I paid them to take their product back.

Purchased these based a few reviews that they were great for storing rubber stamps. Thus, I thought the hub was removable. When I received, I realized they were not. Quality is great but would not work for my needs.
