I have bought thousands of the same products from other vendors and had not problem returning them. If you want to have the lowest prices and offer free shipping you still need to see a good product. Selling someone junk is not reason to shirk your responsibility for what you sell. The price was very good. The description online gave me all the details I needed to make the purchase. With these cases, Im able to store up to 6 DVDs in the space taken by 1 with the standard cases.
