These white cases are so much sturdier than the black cases which seem to come all cracked up a lot of times and would fall apart while I was loading the CDs these white ones are much better .

Received my order and found that the insert wrap on one of the DVD cases was torn at the bottom of the spine and back of the DVD case. I had to call their non-toll free number and reached a recorded menu. I selected the options for (1) Customer Service and (2) Return Instructions, which reads as follows: "All items must be returned in re-saleable condition within 30 days of the ship date unless
